Biography
A founding member of OPNLAW and lifelong resident of the Roanoke Valley, Mark’s practice has focused on litigation since 1984. Over the course of his career, he has appeared in all of the local courts in both civil and criminal cases. The length and scope of his practice have developed networks and facilitated connections that enhance his ability to efficiently solve problems for clients. He values effective communication and is an attentive listener to both clients and opponents in and out of the courtroom.
Away from work, he is a golden retriever dad, golfer, amateur guitarist and reluctant retired marathoner.
